Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

  • All orders ship from Kansas Monday-Friday. Order's placed before 2 pm CST will be shipped out the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather, order verification, etc)

  • We are more than happy to accommodate any exchanges on unopened, unworn and unused products. You can exchange the product within 30 days from the day of receipt if the product is in its original packaging and condition. After 30 days we will not accept any returns or exchanges. A credit will be applied to your account for store credit only.

  • We currently only ship inside the US.

  • Companies choose how they share your personal information. We collect all the personal information that you provide to us. The personal information we share depends on your relationship with us. We collect and share your personal information only as needed to run our business. We will never sell your personal information. We may need to share your personal information to process your orders, enroll you in our classes, maintain your accounts, for lawful orders and investigations, or to contact you for marketing or other purposes. We will never use your personal information for joint marketing with other entities, for any other entities' business purposes, or to permit any other entities to market to you.

  • All appointments are required to have a valid credit card on file to secure any reservation. We make every effort to send you a complimentary reminder of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. However, in the event that you are unable to keep your reservation you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to its scheduled date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your reservation without providing us this 48 hour notice, you will be charged a late-notice cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.

    If you fail to keep your scheduled reservation without providing us with any notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the entire cost of the reservation. Please arrive on time to your appointment, 15 minutes or more late can result in a forfeit of appointment and a cancellation fee. Your time is very valuable, so is ours and our other salon guests; we understand things come up please communicate with us so we are able to provide the very best experience for everyone.

    We love your minis and guests, but we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety and respect of our other guests. Receiving a service is a form of self care that we know you deserve, we want all of our guests to have the best, relaxing experience from us. Please schedule your appointment when you are able to come alone, or you will be respectfully asked to reschedule.
